欢迎使用 FoxTerm (橙狐终端)。本协议是您与 FoxTerm 开发者团队之间关于下载、安装及使用 FoxTerm 应用程序所订立的法律协议。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本协议。安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的所有条款。

Welcome to FoxTerm. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the FoxTerm development team regarding your download, installation, and use of the FoxTerm application. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. By downloading, installing, or using FoxTerm, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. 软件许可与买断机制 1. Software License & Universal Purchase

FoxTerm 是一项通过 Apple App Store 提供的通用购买（Universal Purchase）应用。在您完成购买后，我们授予您一项非排他性、不可转让、不可转授权的个人使用许可，允许您在您合法控制的 Apple 个人设备（包含 macOS 及 iOS / iPadOS）上安装并使用本应用。 FoxTerm is offered as an Apple App Store Universal Purchase app. Upon purchasing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable personal license to install and use the application on any authorized Apple device (including macOS and iOS / iPadOS) that you own or control.

2. 用户合规及使用规范 2. Acceptable Use Policy

您承诺仅将本应用用于合法的远程服务器运维、终端命令行交互、容器调度及文件传输管理。您不得利用本应用从事任何非法活动： You agree to use FoxTerm solely for lawful system administration, terminal command management, container management, and file transfers. You must not use the app to:

未经授权尝试突破、入侵或破坏任何远程服务器或网络集群； Attempt unauthorized access, penetration, or attack against any remote server or network infrastructure;
对本应用进行反编译、逆向工程、破解或试图获取应用源码； Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of FoxTerm;
违反您所在国家/地区以及服务器托管地所适用的任何法律与法规。 Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in your local jurisdiction or the host's server location.

3. 免责声明与运维风险承担 3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

重要提示：本应用按“现状”（AS IS）提供，不保证完全不含错误或不发生中断。 Important Notice: The application is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

您明确理解并同意：远程终端交互、命令行执行、SFTP 文件覆盖或删除以及 Docker 容器部署等操作均包含不可逆的操作风险。因您误操作、命令执行失误或远程服务器配置不当所导致的任何数据丢失、服务器宕机或经济损失，FoxTerm 开发团队概不承担任何直接或间接的赔偿责任。 You expressly understand and agree that executing remote terminal commands, overriding SFTP files, or managing Docker containers carries inherent operational risks. The FoxTerm development team shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruption, or consequential damages resulting from your operational errors or server misconfigurations.

4. 知识产权保护 4. Intellectual Property Rights

FoxTerm 应用的所有权利、权属和利益（包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、LOGO、商标及相关文档）均归属于 FoxTerm 开发者所有，并受国际版权法和知识产权法律法规的保护。 All right, title, and interest in and to FoxTerm (including but not limited to code, UI designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation) are and will remain the exclusive property of the FoxTerm developer, protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
